From the west
From the M5 take junction No 30 to Exmouth/Sidmouth turning onto the A 376. Almost straight away go straight over at the next roundabout onto the A 3052 signposted Sidmouth and Lym Regis and follow this route for approximately 12 miles.
Just after the village of Newton Poppleford. at the top of the hill and as you reach the "Bowd Inn" on your left, turn right onto the A 3176 sign posted to Sidmouth. Follow this road for approximately 2 miles until you arrive at a mini roundabout.
Go straight over the mini roundabout, passing All Saints Road on your left and take the second left into Coburg Road, Rose Cottage is the first property on the right (Coburg Road is one way)
From the East
After locating the A 3052 coast road from Dorset, look out for a sign for the village of Salcombe Regis shortly after this sign turn left onto the A 3175 to Sidmouth.
Go straight along this road until you come to the first mini roundabout and turn right into All Saints Road an go along to the next mini roundabout and turn left into Station Road.
Take the second left into Coburg Road, Rose Cottage is the first property on the right (Coburg Road is one way)
From the North
Follow the A303/A30 to Honiton until you come to the junction marked Sidmouth A375. Follow this road to Sidford and at the traffic lights continue straight across into Sidford Road, the A3175.
Go straight along this road until you come to the first mini roundabout and turn right into All Saints Road an go along to the next mini roundabout and turn left into Station Road.
Take the second left into Coburg Road, Rose Cottage is the first property on the right (Coburg Road is one way)
From Sidmouth Tourist Information Centre
From the leisure centre door go towards the Esplanade and then turn west (right) and walk to the Bedford Hotel on the corner of Station Road (on your right). Turn right into Station Road and continue along this road until you come to the Manor Pavilion Theatre on the corner of Manor Road (left). If you then look right you will see the gateway to Rose Cottage
Parking at Rose Cottage is by pre arrangement only and requires some flexibility.
There is a long stay car park at the top end of Manor Road and is approximately 5 minutes walk from Rose Cottage
